Shelton has led STRATA since 1997 as President, moving into the role of President/CEO in 2005. Under his leadership, STRATA has grown from 40 employees to 175 and revenues have increased 1200%. Under Shelton’s leadership, STRATA has grown to have more than 1,200 clients and 13,000 individual buyers and sellers in the United States and Canada.
